New reporting and resilience requirements have put security on the board agenda across Europe. Companies now need CISOs, security architects and GRC specialists on a fixed timeline. We help you decide which roles come first and find people who have taken an organisation through the same requirements.

Strong security people are usually employed, well paid and not reading job ads. Reaching them takes a credible first message and a real understanding of the work. We know this community in the Baltics and Nordics, approach candidates directly and describe your product and stack in terms they recognise.

Book a free consultationWe understand that clearance processing, which can run anywhere from a few weeks to many months depending on level and country, fundamentally changes hiring timelines and candidate availability. Someone already holding an active clearance is a very different, much scarcer hire than someone who'd need to go through the process fresh. We factor that into search strategy and expectation-setting, but the actual clearance process itself is obviously outside of our control and outside our lane.
We weight certifications by what they actually signal rather than treating them as interchangeable. Where it gets genuinely technical, we loop in a technical assessor from your side or our vetted network. Certification literacy gets candidates to a real shortlist, but it's not a replacement for your own technical interview.
A lot of candidates don’t leave big tech for money alone, they leave because a competing process is slow and generic. We move faster and keep the process tighter than a large company’s internal pipeline often can. We also help sharpen the pitch around what wins candidates beyond compensation: scope and ownership (being the 3rd security hire vs. one of 200), equity upside, a genuinely interesting mission or problem rather than another SOC dashboard, and flexibility that big tech often can’t match.
