About Cyberbit

Cyberbit is the only cyber range platform that lets security teams train by defending against real attacks. In September 2025, Cyberbit acquired Estonian company RangeForce. In early 2026, the owners and leadership decided to bring all R&D and engineering together in one hub in Tallinn, where RangeForce's engineering team already worked. That meant 12–13 roles had to be filled on the ground in Tallinn, quickly.

The challenge

Every hire had to be exactly right. The existing Tallinn team had been through a very difficult 18 months and stayed loyal to the business. Now they were about to get a whole group of new colleagues, including senior hires and new managers.

Time also mattered. The team was already stretched, and every open role added to their workload during a period of big change.

Petra Daddy, Cyberbit's People Director, was the company's only HR person. She needed a partner who could start immediately and take on the full process while she kept the rest of the company running.

Petra was also clear on what she did not want: a large, corporate agency that sends CVs and hopes for the best. She was looking for an Estonian partner with startup and SaaS experience who would take the time to understand the company and its culture.

“It was really important to me that we had someone who would go the extra mile, understand us and work with us to get really good people.”

The solution

Petra spoke to three agencies and chose TalentHub after the first call. The deciding factor was a tailored service: a recruiter who would work almost as part of the Cyberbit team.

Cyberbit used TalentHub's All Inclusive Recruitment service. The focus was quality and culture fit for a team that had been through a lot, delivered at speed.

1. Understanding the company and every role

A kickoff with Petra and the VP of Engineering helped TalentHub understand the company, the team and its culture. TalentHub then did a deep dive into every single role before the search started.

2. A fully managed process

TalentHub ran the full process up to the offer, taking the workload off a one-person HR team. Roles were filled one after another at a steady, fast pace.

3. Support after the offer

TalentHub visited the office after the new team members started, to check they were settling in well.

The results

1. 13 hires in 7 months

From mid-February to mid-September 2026, TalentHub filled 13 roles, a new hire every 16 days on average. Each hire took pressure off a stretched team and helped protect their wellbeing.

The average time to hire was 36 days. The fastest took zero days: while searching for another role, TalentHub spotted a strong junior candidate, and Cyberbit hired him straight away.

2. A well-chosen team that is thriving

The new team members are passing their probation periods and settling in well. Petra describes them as a well-chosen group who are thriving.

3. One R&D hub that works better

With all 13 roles filled and R&D now based in Tallinn, Cyberbit runs as one team in one place. Petra sees the difference from every angle: happier people, better value for money and much easier management.

4. An ongoing partnership

Cyberbit plans to keep working with TalentHub as the business grows, including on company culture.

“TalentHub makes the effort to understand the needs of the business, and that is a rare commodity these days.”
